Every patient begins with two foundational visits: a Comprehensive Initial Intake to map your full health picture, followed by a Lab Review approximately 2-6 weeks later to interpret your provincial lab results and build your initial treatment plan. Functional medicine testing, when clinically indicated, is discussed at the Lab Review and ordered separately.

What's included
Visit 1: Initial Intake
60 minutes
Your full health story, history, current concerns, and goals. We discuss your priorities, review what you've tried, and order the lab work that will guide your personalized treatment plan.
Visit 2: Lab Review
45 minutes · scheduled 2-6 weeks after Initial Intake
We review your provincial lab results together (labs ordered through the public system at no cost to you), identify root causes, and build your initial personalized treatment plan. Based on what we find, we may discuss whether additional functional medicine testing would be warranted.
Ongoing Care
After your Initial Intake and Lab Review, follow-up visits are scheduled as clinically needed. No required commitments, no programs to complete. Care evolves at the rhythm you need.

45 Min Standard Visit

Multi-issue review, lab interpretation, or meaningful protocol refinement.

Additional Costs to Consider
Advanced functional health testing is optional and typically ranges from $150–$600+ per test. Testing is discussed before ordering. Supplements are purchased separately through my Fullscript dispensary.
